Akif Javed is a left-arm medium-fast bowler known for his pace, accuracy, and ability to swing the ball. A right-hand batter, he has also contributed with the bat on occasion, showcasing his all-round potential.
Javed has played for several teams across different formats, including Balochistan in domestic cricket and Islamabad United, Karachi Kings, and Lahore Qalandars in the Pakistan Super League (PSL). He has also featured in the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) for Fortune Barishal and Rangpur Riders. His ability to bowl in both powerplay and death overs has made him a key player in T20 leagues.
