10:21 PM IST and 5:51 PM Local Time: A ten runs triumph is what the Nottinghamshire Outlaws fetch in this encounter. Not their A game tonight but plenty of positives to take away from as they pip the Derbyshire Falcons in a close-fought game at Trent Bridge.
Arriving for a tricky chase, the Falcons lost four wickets inside the powerplay. Aneurin Donald got off to a brisk start with the bat for the falcons but could not go along the way for long. Mohammad Ali and Dillon Pennington were discipline with the new ball as they removed the top order in quick time. However, Wayne Madsen, who came out to bat at No. 4, and tried to stay around for a while. He scored 27 off 22 balls with wickets falling from the other end.

Ben Aitchison remained unbridled for 25 in 16 balls but fell short to go over the line, leaving a deficit of 10 runs.
Previously, a rollicking start and twin fifties propelled the Outlaws to a respectable 183/6 against Derbyshire. George Munsey single-handedly dominated the powerplay in his 53 off 32 balls. Following Joe Clarke’s early departure, Jack Haynes maintained the momentum, anchoring the middle overs with a fluent 50 off 36 balls. A 67-run partnership was the backbone behind the innings.
