Challenges RCB Can Face At The Narendra Modi Stadium

RCB could face a few challenges in the final. The Narendra Modi Stadium pitch is known to assist fast bowlers, especially during the powerplay overs.

Pacers who maintain good line and length often find movement with the new ball and extra assistance from the surface.

This could work in Gujarat Titans’ favour. Bowlers like Kagiso Rabada, Prasidh Krishna and Mohammed Siraj have the ability to trouble batters with pace and bounce.

As a result, RCB’s top-order batters, including Virat Kohli, Venkatesh Iyer and Phil Salt, if selected, will need to be cautious early in their innings.

If RCB can overcome the initial challenge posed by Gujarat’s pace attack and continue the good form, they will have a strong opportunity to defend their IPL crown and lift another title in Ahmedabad.
