On Saturday (November 7), Gurnoor Brar finished with his career-best bowling figures of 10-2-30-4 during India’s second ODI against New Zealand in Wellington. In the process, he topped the list of Indian bowlers at this venue, surpassing the record previously held by Zaheer Khan.

After the match was delayed due to rain, Gurnoor Brar took the wickets of Tom Latham, Glenn Phillips, Mitchell Santner and Nathan Smith to tear apart New Zealand’s middle order. New Zealand never really recovered from there before eventually being bundled out for 134 in 41 overs.
