Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) ended their four-game winning streak after losing to RCB. In Match 60 of the IPL 2026, the Ajinkya Rahane-led side will take on the high-flying Gujarat Titans (GT) at Eden Gardens in the quest to qualify for the playoffs.
After Punjab lost to Mumbai, the roads have cleared for multiple teams, including the three-time champions. KKR would need to win all three remaining matches to reach the playoffs.
In the previous outing, they fell 10-15 runs short, posting 192/4 thanks to Angkrish Raghuvanshi and Rinku Singh. However, later in the chase, the bowlers had a bland day as Virat Kohli single-handedly won it for RCB with a record-breaking century.
Ahead of the do-or-die fixture, let us look at the best-suited KKR Playing XI vs GT for Match 60 of the IPL 2026.
KKR Playing XI vs GT, IPL 2026, Match 60
Top Order: Ajinkya Rahane, Finn Allen, Angkrish Raghuvanshi
Apart from a couple of good knocks, Captain Ajinkya Rahane has failed for the majority bit of the IPL 2026. With a playoff spot at stake, he will have to prove his mettle in the KKR Playing XI vs GT. The remaining matches are going to important for the KKR skipper, who is tipped off to lose his job post the season.
Finn Allen has been a different beast altogether since getting back in the KKR Playing XI after being benched. The Kiwi dasher has been in prolific form in last couple of games, and he will be the most important batter for Kolkata against Gujarat.
Angkrish Raghuvanshi played his best knock of the season vs RCB, smashing a 46-ball 71. Although his knock went in vain, he will be motivated even more at this stage of the IPL 2026.

Middle Order & All-Rounders: Cameron Green, Rinku Singh, Manish Pandey, Rovman Powell, Anukul Roy
Cameron Green has started delivering goods for KKR, as the Aussie all-rounder is making small contributions. However, the three-time champions would want a match-winning outing from him.
Rinku Singh has been the biggest strength in the KKR Playing XI as they have turned the tables around. He will likely be the most crucial middle-order batsman in their line-up.
The experienced Manish Pandey didn't get a go to bat vs RCB, but he was electric on the field. He will regain his place in the KKR Playing XI vs GT. Rovman Powell, too, didn't get his chance to bat in the previous game, but his form has been vital for Kolkata.
Anukul Roy had a poor performance as RCB batters, especially Virat Kohli, took him on. However, he has bowled well for KKR this season, especially in Kolkata.
Bowlers: Sunil Narine, Kartik Tyagi, Vaibhav Arora
The spin combo of Sunil Narine and Varun Chakaravarthy has been the primary reason for KKR's revival. However, with Chakaravarthy most certainly out, the onus will be solely on the Trinidadian.
Although Chakaravarthy's plaster has been removed, Kolkata will likely play Prashant Solanki, given that three spin options are a must in the KKR Playing XI at Eden Gardens. The former CSK spinner may play as the Impact Player.
Kartik Tyagi fired all cylinders against RCB, but his partner Vaibhav Arora had a poor day. The two seamers will be there in the KKR Playing XI vs GT. However, Saurabh Dubey might lose his place.
