His legal team questioned the agency’s jurisdiction and raised concerns about the continued custody of his phone.September 17: The Lahore High Court dismissed Rizwan’s petition challenging the NCCIA proceedings.September 18: Reports stated that Rizwan approached the ICC Anti-Corruption Unit (ACU) seeking clarification about his mobile phone.September 21: Rizwan’s reported requests to the Mohsin Naqvi-led PCB to speak publicly about the inquiry were disclosed.
