Notably, Imam and Rizwan were sent back from England after the Lord’s Test as part of a major squad overhaul. However, behind the scenes, something fishy was going on, and now, fresh details have shocked the fans. Imam-ul-Haq, Mohammad Rizwan summoned by Cyber Crime agencyAccording to Geo TV, Pakistan cricketers Imam-ul-Haq and Mohammad Rizwan have received summons from Pakistan's National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA).The NCCIA operates under the Federal Ministry of Interior, which is headed by Mohsin Naqvi, also the chairman of the PCB.The agency apparently wants to question them about information reportedly obtained from their mobile phones. Notably, the PCB took possession of the phones of Imam and Rizwan when they were in London before handing them over to the authorities. However, the PCB didn’t disclose the exact reason behind their action. But since a Cyber Crime agency is now involved, it suggests that whatever information was obtained from their phones was suspicious in nature.Regardless, the NCCIA is likely to question Imam-ul-Haq, Mohammad Rizwan and a third unnamed cricketer, who also received the summons, in the near future. The duo, along with all-rounder Salman Agha, will participate in the President’s Trophy Grade-I, Pakistan’s first major red-ball domestic tournament of the 2026-27 season.Imam will captain Oil and Gas Development Company Limited (OGDCL) while Rizwan has been named vice-captain of Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL). Agha has been appointed as the vice-captain of Kingsmen Academy.The tournament runs from September 12 to October 28 and will be closely watched by new Pakistan head coach Mike Hesson.
