The event is designed as both a celebration of CSK’s rich history and a grand opening to the new season. A major highlight of ROAR 2026 is the reunion of the “OG Super Kings”, the group of former CSK legends who played a key role in building the franchise’s legacy.
CSK CEO Kasi Viswanathan clarified that the event is primarily a fan engagement initiative and a formal curtain-raiser for the season.
“It is just a pre-launch for the season and an exercise in fan engagement. There is nothing more to read into it,” he said.
