He confirmed that captain Shubman Gill, who suffered from severe cramps during the second ODI, is fit and available for selection. Apart from Gill, Ishan Kishan also sustained a shoulder injury in Lucknow. However, upon further assessment, it was learned that the niggle was not serious, and Kishan recovered well after batting. Hence, there are no concerns regarding his fitness."Shubman, yes, [is fit]. Just the heat the other day — he was cramping in his calves a little bit, but he’s absolutely fine. Ishan’s shoulder is fine; he recovered well after batting,” Doeschate said.Also, Nitish Reddy missed the previous game because of minor soreness, but he is fit to play the third ODI. He said Arshdeep could be given a rest as part of managing workloads.“No, we will be making a few changes from the first two games. Someone like Arshdeep has bowled very well in the first two games; he can probably take a rest tomorrow, and the same goes for one of the batters,” he added.The third ODI gives India a chance to test their bench strength. The management has already confirmed that multiple changes are likely.
