In the first ODI between India and New Zealand on Wednesday, Blair Tickner walked out with New Zealand nine wickets down and proceeded to hit as many sixes as all his teammates combined: 4.
His four sixes against India helped turn 146/9 into 185 all out in the opening IND vs NZ ODI in Auckland. The man batting last had delivered the innings' second-highest score.
The 33-year-old New Zealand fast bowler scored 34 off 23 deliveries, including 1 four and 4 sixes. His last-wicket partnership with Jacob Duffy added 39 before Gurnoor Brar caught him out to KL Rahul.
