Indian star batter Virat Kohli has added another tattoo to his evolving full-sleeve design on his left arm. Hours before the start of the much-awaited IPL 2026, Virat’s tattoo has created massive buzz for its significance and the special ink used.
He got the work done at 'Aliens Tattoo India', which shared the video on Instagram, and it went viral in no time. The highest run scorer in the history of IPL, Virat Kohli, will be seen in action during the 19th edition of the IPL, which begins on March 28. RCB take on SunRisers Hyderabad in the first game at M Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bengaluru.

The work was designed at Aliens Tattoo in Mumbai by founder and lead artist Sunny Bhanushali, with artists Allan Gois and Devendra Palav contributing to different elements of the piece. According to the company, the tattoo symbolises Kohli's journey.

It is worth noting that the buzz around Virat Kohli's tattoo has ignited a surprising debate around tattoo ink safety. According to tattoo artists, newer inks like Quantum Ink are designed to align with modern preferences for cleaner and more skin-conscious products.

The unique choice of ink has people talking about its benefits. Virat Kohli vegan tattoo ink is cruelty-free, meaning it does not contain any animal-derived ingredients and is not tested on animals.
