The attacking opener reached the landmark figure in just 23 balls, thus crafting the third quickest half-century of his IPL career.

His partner Vaibhav Sooryavanshi also belted 39 off just 14 deliveries with one four and five huge sixes, before captain Riyan Parag chipped in with a sizzling cameo in the backend of the innings.
