VVS LaxmanFor the past few years, VVS Laxman has been pitched as the ideal prospect to become India's head coach. Notably, the former India batter currently heads the NCA. If Laxman does well there, then the BCCI can seriously consider him as the next coach.2. Dinesh KarthikThe reason why the BCCI fast-tracked Gautam Gambhir as India head coach was that he guided KKR to their 3rd IPL title. The Knight Riders ended their 10-year-old drought and lifted the title. Therefore, by the same logic, Dinesh Karthik can also be roped in by the BCCI.For the unversed, Dinesh Kartik has been associated with RCB for the last two seasons as a mentor and guided the Challengers to two straight titles. Therefore, the 41-year-old also deserves a shot at the head coach position for Team India.3. Ashish NehraGujarat Titans have Ashish Nehra, who somehow redefined the way T20 cricket is played in today’s time. Nehra’s focus is on consistency.
