In the IPL 2026 eliminator between SRH and RR, Ravindra Jadeja has hogged the internet for mocking Nitish Kumar Reddy. The incident occurred in the 2nd innings when the former CSK star got rid of the SRH all-rounder.
For the unversed, Rajasthan Royals, batting first, rode on Vaibhav Sooryavanshi’s heroics and put 243 runs on the board. In reply, SRH got off to a blistering start but lost four quick wickets. However, Nitish Kumar Reddy kept the hopes alive with a brilliant partnership with Salil Arora.

As mentioned above, SRH were in a troubled situation when NKR walked to bat. SRH were 57/4 after 4.4 overs. However, Nitish Kumar Reddy and Salil Arora stitched a 56-run stand for the 6th wicket, reigniting the hopes for Men in Orange.
Nitish Kumar Reddy was batting on 38 (20) and was heading towards a big score. However, Ravindra Jadeja ruined the plans and took Reddy’s wicket in the 11th over of the match.

On the 5th ball of the 11th over, Jadeja bowled a slightly side-arm delivery, which Nitish Kumar Reddy looked to hit for a six. However, he mistimed the shot, and Dasun Shanaka took an easy catch at the boundary.

Following the dismissal, Ravindra Jadeja mocked Reddy by imitating the ‘Pushpa’ celebration. For the unversed, Nitish Kumar Reddy has gained popularity for celebrating his personal milestones with ‘Pushpa celebrations’.
Be it the Border-Gavaskar Trophy or past IPL seasons, NKR made the famous Pushpa celebration his own. However, Jadeja celebrated in a similar manner, mocking Reddy.
