With the South Africa Test series over, Australia will now focus on its white-ball matches against England at home. On Monday, the Australian Cricket Board announced a new-look Australian squad for the England series, with Jake Fraser-McGurk returning to the T20I setup once again.

McGurk, who had a breakout season in 2024, was out of the Australian squad for the last 18 months, and alongside him, Mitch Owen also made his return to the T20I team for the England matches.

Moreover, up to eight new faces have been added to the white-ball squads as Australia aim for a revamp. With the New Zealand Test series to follow, the senior players have been rested as Mitch Marsh will captain the team.
