The prolific batter, Humaira Kazi has been representing Mumbai in the domestic circuit since the middle 2010s.
Representing Mumbai University in the All India Inter University Women's cricket tournament in December 2015, Humaira endured a head injury due to a misdirected throw that struck her head. It resulted in the fracture of the skull. Luckily, she survived a horrific incident and made a return to the cricket field. The elegant batter went on to make her senior debut in the coming years.
In the 2021-22 Women’s Senior One Day Trophy, the 29-year-old slammed 239 runs in four innings for Mumbai at an average of 59.75, with a solitary century and a fifty.
In the same year, the Mumbai-based cricketer represented India B in the Senior Women's One Day Challenger Trophy 2021-22. In the following season’s Senior Women’s Inter Zonal Trophy, the elegant batter slammed fifty off 21 balls and mustered 85 runs in five outings.
In February 2023, Humaira was bought by Mumbai Indians for the inaugural edition of Women’s Premier League for her base price of 10 Lakhs.
