Josh Hazlewood reached a major milestone on Saturday during the first Test between Australia and Bangladesh, taking place at Marrara Cricket Ground, Darwin. However, it was not enough for him to be among Australia’s all-time list, as there were several others who got there before him.
Hazlewood, now 35, reached 300 Test wickets when he dismissed Bangladesh’s vice-captain Mehidy Hasan Miraz, who batted 154 deliveries for 65. However, there were eight others from Australia who got there before Saturday (August 15).
Warne Headlines Most Test Wickets For Australia List
Whenever it comes to the most Test wickets for Australia chart, Shane Warne ranks high above the rest. In fact, in terms of the most Test wickets of all time among all nations, he is only behind Muthiah Muralidaran, who had 800 Test wickets.
