Punjab Kings fast bowler Arshdeep Singh is back in the headlines, but not for anything related to cricket or his bowling skills. This time, he is in the news over his personal life, specifically about his love interest.
Arshdeep is currently playing in the IPL 2026 season for PBKS. However, he hasn’t produced anything noteworthy yet. In the first two games against the Gujarat Titans and CSK, the left-arm pacer went wicketless with an economy of over 10.
Arshdeep Singh’s girlfriend revealed
Amid this, Arshdeep Singh shared a Snapchat story that showed him holding a girl’s hand. However, no faces were visible, and no caption or context was provided by the pacer.
The mystery element is what made it go viral. However, social media users were quick to connect the dots. The girl’s hand from the picture had a tattoo which was similar to the one that actress Samreen Kaur has on her hand.
Fans quickly claimed that the mystery woman from Arshdeep Singh’s Snapchat story was none other than Samreen Kaur.
Samreen is a popular social media influencer with over 4.4 million followers on Instagram. She is a 26-year-old model from Jammu and Kashmir who previously worked in the Hindi and Punjabi music industry.
However, it's important to note that this is merely fan speculation for now. Neither Arshdeep Singh nor Samreen Kaur has come out to address this matter.

Arshdeep Singh creates an unwanted record in IPL
That being said, Arshdeep had a tough outing in Punjab Kings’ IPL 2026 clash against the Gujarat Titans. He bowled a rare 11-ball over, which included three wides and a no-ball.
An 11-ball over is the joint-longest in IPL history. Arshdeep joined an unwanted list alongside Mohammed Siraj, Hardik Pandya, Shardul Thakur, Sandeep Sharma and Tushar Deshpande.
He finished his spell at 0/42 in 4 overs. In the final over alone, Singh conceded 12 runs with lots of extras. It was clearly an off day with the ball for India's leading wicket-taker in the T20I format.
Punjab Kings are unbeaten so far in IPL 2026
That being said, Punjab Kings began their IPL 2026 with a bang. They beat the Gujarat Titans by 3 wickets in their tournament opening game, chasing 163 runs. Cooper Connolly hammered 72 off 44 balls to single-handedly wrap up the chase for the Kings.
In the next game against CSK, the Punjab Kings once again dominated with the bat. Priyansh Arya gave the team the perfect start at 39 off 11 balls in the 210-run chase.
Prabhsimran Singh supported him on the other end with 43 off 34 balls. Cooper Connolly and Shreyas Iyer also slammed 36 and 50 runs, respectively, to guide PBKS to a perfect chase in 18.4 overs.
