In a significant development, Pakistan have made a notable change to their playing XI for the second Test against England at Lord’s. Babar Azam has returned from injury to captain the visitors.

Pakistan have won the toss and opted to bowl first after rain delayed proceedings on Day 1, while Salman Agha has been left out of the playing XI for the second Test at Lord’s.

Pakistan and England are meeting for the second Test of the three-match series at Lord’s. England completely destroyed Pakistan in the first Test at Headingley, leaving the visitors needing a strong response.

Salman scored 21 in the first innings and four in the second at Headingley, so his batting contribution was disappointing. Still, going from captain in one Test to being dropped in the next has drawn multiple reactions from cricket fans online.
