The stage is set for a riveting semifinal clash as India takes on England in the T20 World Cup fixture at the iconic Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai. Both nations are yet to play their best game in the tournament, and they need to step up to reach the grand finale of the T20 World Cup.

In the Super 8s, India had a rocky ride as they lost in a one-sided battle against South Africa, and then had to beat Zimbabwe and the West Indies to reach the semifinals of the marquee tournament. The team still has a couple of chinks in their armour, and the Men in Blue cannot allow any further slip-up.

On the other hand, England has been flawless, winning three out of three in the Super 8s. Their skipper, Harry Brook, has led from the front, and the others have chipped in well as the Three Lions aim to beat India once again in the semis of the T20 World Cup.

With the match set to start in a while, here is what transpired at the toss, and the team changes made by both India, and England, if any.

England won the coin flip, and captain Harry Brook had no hesitation in electing to bowl first as the English side has chased well in the tournament and will back the same once again. They have made just one change, Rehan Ahmed is out, and Jamie Overton comes back in.

On the other hand, Suryakumar Yadav was happy to bat and the Men in Blue remain unchanged from the win against the West Indies.

What the captains had to say during toss time

Suryakumar Yadav (India captain): "No, no, we were looking to bat first. It's a big game, semi-finals, so we want to put runs on the board and there is a bit of breeze around. So, I don't think there will be any dew.

(Happy with the preparations?) Absolutely. Whatever I have asked from them, they have been turning up nicely. Mood in the camp is very positive. Leading upto this game, everything is good.

(More players stepping up for the team) Yeah, we have tightened our screws. We sat together and had a look on how we want to go together in this tournament. Since then I think the brand of cricket we have played so far is completely different and we want to continue doing that."

Harry Brook (England captain): "We will have a bowl first. Looks like a good wicket. Hopefully, we can get off to a good start with the ball and chase the target down.

(Experience of playing here earlier in the tournament will help?) I think so. But they have obviously got a lot more experience than us. We just got to go out there, try and assess the conditions as quickly as possible and play our best cricket.

(Peaking at the right time?) Hopefully. But T20 cricket is such a fickle game. You never know what is quite going to happen. But the way we have played in this competition. The niggly games we have scraped through will hopefully keep us in good stead tonight.
