That's all we have from the 2nd T20I game between England Women and South Africa Women. I'm Saiprasad Kagne, on the behalf of my co-commentator Ajay Ahire and scorer Paras Yadav officially signing off from the coverage and will meet again with the live coverage of future games. Till then, Take Care !!! Good Bye !!!
Danielle Nicole Wyatt (Player of the Match): " Thanks for the wishes, yeah it was a really great batting today, enjoyed batting on such a batting friendly wicket. On the other hand, enjoyed the cracking shots from Sophia Dunkley as well. There is always a scope of improvement in everything and i'm looking forward to improve my other aspects of the game also."
Nat Sciver(England women skipper): "Definitely impressed with the efforts all-around. They came hard at the start but were happy with the result as we pulled things back. Spinners bowled really well in the middle as they kept the scoring rate in check. Having the firepower of Brunt gives the strength to our attack so it will be difficult for us after her retirement."
Sune Luus(South Africa women skipper): "Yes my fingers are ok. I think unfortunately we failed to score extra 10-15 runs while batting first. I think in every game we can find the positive so will try to do well in the upcoming games. Obviously, we need to focus on the fielding as we were below par in today's game."
21:58 IST | England Women won the match by 6 wickets in 19 overs. Initially, both the host openers looked solid on the crease. Specially, Sophia Dunkley, who scored 23 runs off only 15 balls and got dismissed in the 3rd over. After that, Smith got dismissed in the last over of the powerplay as she was given LBW OUT !!! Thus, the hosts were on 50 for 2 in the powerplay.

Then, Danielle Nicole Wyatt and Natalie Sciver batted nicely as they established 35-run partnership stand for the third wicket. However, Wyatt gets dismissed in the 11th over of the game, due to the brilliant effort by Sune Luus in the deep to send Wyatt back to the pavilion.

Now, Natalie Sciver and Amy Jones both started playing scoring shots in order to reach to the total early. Natalie Sciver scored 47 runs off 41 balls which includes 6 handsomely driven fours. Whereas, Amy Jones scored 20 runs off 18 balls. However, in the end Maia Bouchier finishes off in style with the help of 2 glorious boundary shots.

From the bowling department, Ayabonga Khaka, Masabata Klaas and C Tryon took 1-1-1 wickets each. But, Masabata Klass and C Tryon conceded runs at an economy rate of 9.75 and 9.50 runs per over respectively. While, Delmi Tucker went for 11 runs in her only over of the game.

4 FOUR!!! Maia Bouchier finishes the match in style as she sends that one towards the fence for a four...Solid performance from the home side as they outplayed the opposition in all three departments. Short of a length on the leg stump line. She stands tall and pulls that one past the deep fine leg for a four here. And they take the lead of 2-0 in this three-match series. They beat the Protea women by 6 wickets and an over to spare. Great batting effort this from the home side...
18.5 S Ismail to A Jones
1 Short of a length on the off. Jones mistimes the swot and it lands safely past the mid-on for a single.
18.4 S Ismail to M Bouchier
1 Good length on the pads. She tucks it towards the midwicket region for a single.
