The sixth edition of The Hundred is all set to begin on Tuesday, July 21, with an exciting double-header featuring MI London and Sunrisers Leeds in both the men's and women's competitions. This year's competition will once again feature some of the biggest names in cricket.
It is important to mention that from India, only four women cricketers will represent in the competition. Having said this, in this article, let's take a look at Indian players who will play in the much-awaited The Hundred 2026.
How Many Indians Will Feature In The Hundred 2026?
A total of four Indian women cricketers will take part in The Hundred 2026. Smriti Mandhana and Jemimah Rodrigues secured pre-signing deals before the player draft, while Deepti Sharma and Richa Ghosh were picked during the auction at their base prices.
Meanwhile, there will be no Indian player in the men's competition this season.

Smriti Mandhana (Manchester Super Giants)
India’s star player Smriti Mandhana returns to The Hundred after missing the previous season. She will play for Manchester Super Giants Women after being pre-signed for £90,000.
This will be Mandhana's fifth season in The Hundred and her second franchise in the tournament. She represented Southern Brave from 2021 to 2024 and enjoyed plenty of success during that period.
Overall, she has played 29 matches in the competition, scoring 676 runs at an average of 26.00 with a strike rate of 139.09. Her best season came in 2023, when she scored 238 runs in nine innings at an average of 29.75 and a strike rate of 133.70.
Jemimah Rodrigues (Southern Brave)
Jemimah Rodrigues will represent Southern Brave this season after previously playing for Sunrisers Leeds Women for three editions.
Rodrigues made an impressive start to her Hundred career in 2021. She made 249 runs at an average of 41.50 while maintaining a strike rate of 150.90. However, she has found it difficult to match those performances in the following years.
In 2022, she played only two matches and scored 53 runs, while in 2023, she managed 151 runs from nine innings at an average of 16.77.
Richa Ghosh (Manchester Super Giants)
Richa Ghosh will play alongside Smriti Mandhana at Manchester Super Giants in The Hundred 2026. This will be her third franchise in three seasons; earlier, she represented London Spirit in 2023 before moving to Birmingham Phoenix in 2024.
Her performances in the tournament have been below expectations so far. She scored 107 runs from six innings during the 2023 season and followed it up with 62 runs from four innings in 2024.
Deepti Sharma (Sunrisers Leeds)
India all-rounder Deepti Sharma will represent Sunrisers Leeds in The Hundred 2026, marking her return to the competition after missing the last year. This will be her third season in the tournament after featuring in 2021 and 2024.
Deepti enjoyed an outstanding campaign in 2024; she scored 212 runs at an incredible average of 212, while also claiming eight wickets with an economy rate of 8.65.
