They will need to win their final game to guarantee qualification.
However, if they lose their last match, they will need to hope that at least two of the following teams - Islamabad United, Hyderabad Kingsmen, or Lahore Qalandars do not win all of their remaining games.

However, if they remain winless in their last two games, they will need Lahore Qalandars and Karachi Kings to lose both of their remaining matches to keep their playoff hopes alive.

Quetta Gladiators are currently 6th on the PSL 2026 points table, with 6 points from 9 games, having won 3 and lost 3.
To stay alive in the playoffs race, they must win their final match against Karachi Kings and get to 8 points.
They will also need Hyderabad Kingsmen and Lahore Qalandars to lose both of their remaining matches.
Karachi Kings should not beat them in their last game, but they must defeat Lahore Qalandars in their own final match
but by a small margin considering Quetta's -0.355 NRR in compared to Karachi's -1.292.

Additionally, they will need Lahore Qalandars, Quetta Gladiators, and Hyderabad Kingsmen to lose all of their remaining matches for any hope of making the playoffs.
