Phil Salt (Player of the Match): "I said this one before the game today. I felt like I was melting. I'd only been out here two minutes. I don't know, to be honest with you. Just sort of kept going. Shreyas was good in the middle, kept me on task, and good to get another win at home. Yeah, I feel like before the lights came on, it was a little bit slower. To be honest, I don't think it dewed up when the lights came on. However, there was a little bit more moisture to help the ball slide on a fraction. So I think that aspect improved for our innings. I'd say in India it's probably the most similar to conditions at home. You know, the ball bounces a little bit more, you can sort of aim squarer. I love being with KKR. Shreyas and GG have instilled a great deal of confidence in me."

Shreyas Iyer (Kolkata Knight Riders Skipper):"Yeah, certainly. The way we played this game was a comprehensive victory. Coming back and winning the game was an icing on the cake.
It was important to bowl slower ones. The wicket was getting slower and we wanted to minimize the half-volleys and asking the batters to use their power.
When we got wickets in between, it gave us that advantage to go with the attacking effort. The spinners have been brilliant and they were ready to bowl. The attitude that they showed was exceptional.
It is an advantage. But I have to say that this is a funny tournament and you have to stay in the present. You have to stay on the top of your game and grab the opportunity whenever it arises. Just carry forward the momentum and keep doing the right things consistently."
