Born on 14 December 1994, Jayden Lennox is a New Zealand cricketer. At 31, the left-arm tweaker lived a lifelong dream, making his international debut for New Zealand a month after his birthday. The spinner was handed his first ODI cap against India in the second ODI of the three-match series in Rajkot.
Notably, before making his international debut, Lennox had worked across various professions.

Playing for Central Districts, the steady left-arm finger spinner, Jayden Lennox, has been a reliable option in New Zealand’s domestic white-ball setup for several seasons.
In the Ford Trophy 2025-26, New Zealand’s domestic one-day tournament, Lennox continued to impress as he picked up eight wickets in five matches, while maintaining an economy rate of just over five runs per over.
Lennox played a crucial role in the Central Stags winning the Super Smash 2024-25 and later went on to play the 2025 Global Super League.
Jayden Lennox’s International Career
On the back of relentless performances at the domestic level, Jayden Lennox got his maiden cap for New Zealand during the three-game ODI series in India. He debuted in Rajkot on February 14, returning with 1/42. Four days later, he bowled a game-winning spell, two for 42, helping the Blackcaps win their first-ever ODI series in India.
In January 2026, Lennox was named in the squad for the 2026 T20 World Cup, held in India and Sri Lanka.
