A crafty left-arm spinner and a white-ball specialist, Graeme Geoffrey White is a professional English cricketer who joined Nottinghamshire in 2010 after being sidelined by his previous County side.
White played a key part in the 2016 T20 Blast winning side with his crafty left-arm spin. The bowler who has had two stints at Wantage Road has become a fan favourite for his canny bowling and his outstanding fielding. His excellent form in 2016 saw him rewarded with a trip on an England Lions trip to Sri Lanka as well as a place in the ECBs North v South series.
White had an impressive 2016 Championship season, where he featured in five County fixtures and took a career-best, 6 for 44 against Glamorgan at Wantage Road when he and Rob Keogh took all 20 wickets.
White proved his immense value with the ball in the Vitality Blast in 2019 leading the steel backs to the semi-finals. In September 2020, White signed a contract extension which will see him at the club until the end of 2021. He also continues to help develop the next generation of Northamptonshire cricketers by working closely with the Second XI in a player-coach role.
