Chadha completely beat Gill for length and pace, with the delivery appearing to be a flipper. Gill attempted a sweep but only managed an edge through to the wicketkeeper, ending his knock at 40 off 21 balls. Ludhiana took control, as Chadha eventually ended his spell with an impressive figures of 4 for 9 in 4 overs. 

Kartik Chadha’s Rise in Punjab Cricket

Kartik Chadha is hardly a new name in the Sher-E-Punjab circuit, having made his mark in the 2024 edition. He picked up nine wickets across eight innings at an impressive economy rate of 7.79 in Sher-E-Punjab T20 2024.

Chadha has steadily progressed through Punjab cricket, performing across age groups and levels. His consistency earned him a place in Punjab’s domestic setup, including the Under-23 team during the previous Indian domestic season.
