India will face New Zealand in the fourth T20I of the five-match series at Eden Park in Auckland on Friday, October 30, 2026.

With India already leading the series 3-0, captain Shreyas Iyer has made two changes in India's playing XI for the IND vs NZ 4th T20I.

India won the toss and decided to bowl first, with Ishan Kishan and Mayank Yadav returning to the side in place of Vaibhav Sooryavanshi and Bhuvneshwar Kumar.

It is important to note that India have left out young batter Vaibhav Sooryavanshi and experienced pacer Bhuvneshwar Kumar for the fourth T20I vs New Zealand.

Ishan Kishan has replaced Vaibhav Sooryavanshi, while Mayank Yadav has come into the team in place of Bhuvneshwar Kumar.

Speaking at the IND vs NZ 4th T20I toss, Shreyas Iyer confirmed the two changes and said that Ishan Kishan had replaced Vaibhav Sooryavanshi, while Mayank had come in for Bhuvneshwar Kumar.

[You won the series. Any changes in the side?] Yeah, we've got two changes. Ishan [Kishan] comes back in for Vaibhav [Soooryavanshi], and Mayank [Yadav] comes in for Bhuvi [Bhuvneshwar Kumar]." Shreyas Iyer said at the toss.

Why India Left Vaibhav Sooryavanshi And Bhuvneshwar Kumar For IND vs NZ 4th T20I?

Vaibhav Sooryavanshi impressed everyone with his aggressive batting in the IND vs NZ 3rd T20I in Wellington. However, the team management has decided to bring back Ishan Kishan, who is fit and available for selection.

The 15-year-old player made 45 runs off 19 balls at a strike rate of 236.84 in the previous match.

On the other hand, Bhuvneshwar Kumar has been expensive with the ball in the first three matches. He managed figures of 0/49, 1/50 and 0/40.

As a result, the Indian team has decided to give Mayank Yadav an opportunity. The fast bowler missed the previous two T20Is and will be keen to make an impact.
