RCB won their 2nd IPL title, but the season will be remembered for Vaibhav Sooryavanshi. The 15-year-old took IPL 2026 by storm. The prodigy showed glimpses of what he can do in IPL 2025, but exceeded everyone’s expectations with a 776-run season.
For the unversed, Sooryavanshi became the youngest player in IPL history to bag the orange cap and also won five major awards during IPL 2026 post-final presentation. The stocks are at an all-time high for the 15-year-old, and in the latest events, Vaibhav Sooryavanshi has raised his commercial fee to bank on his populairty.
Vaibhav Sooryavanshi Doubles Rate For Endorsements
Vaibhav Sooryavanshi’s popularity is growing at a faster rate than any other cricketer. In IPL 2026, the youngster already sold more merchandise than any other cricketer. Now, since the league is over, the brands are queuing up to sign the RR opener to endorse their brands.
Prior to IPL 2026, a report from Economic Times revealed that Sooryavanshi used to earn 50 lakh rupees per advertisement. However, the youngster has now doubled his price to 1 crore.
Brands like Span, categories including sports drinks, cricket bats, nutrition products and high-performance footwear labels are after Vaibhav Sooryavanshi to promote their product.
“His fees, at about INR 50 lakh per deal, may increase to the INR 1 crore-plus bracket, but that will depend on negotiations and how much exposure his family is comfortable with, considering his age,” said the marketing head of a brand in talks with his management, speaking to Economic Times.
Vaibhav Sooryavanshi Demands 2 crores To Do A Brand Deal
A report from NDTV also remarked that Sooryavanshi has doubled his rate, but they added that the southpaw was already earning 1 crores and now has doubled his price to 2 crores.

"Before the IPL, he had signed with a few brands in the price range of Rs 1 crore, but now he is looking at Rs 1.5 to 2 crore for endorsements. He did the deals in the range of Rs 1 crore with Complan and Red Bull. That's the approximate price range, but now he is looking at 1.5 to 2 crore," the source told NDTV.

Firstly, Rajasthan Royals signed Vaibhav Sooryavanshi for 1.10 crores, which the 15-year-old earned for IPL 2026 as well. On top of that, he earned several accolades during the tournament.
IPL 2026 Match Fees
For the unversed, after IPL 2024, the BCCI introduced match fees for the first time in the tournament. According to new rules, a player will earn 7.5 lakh rupees for every game they play in IPL 2026.
So, according to that, Vaibhav Sooryavanshi has played 15 matches, which means that he earned 1.12 crores via match fees.

Among the awards, Sooryavanshi earned 55 lakh rupees and a car.

Therefore, he won a total of 55 lakhs and a car after the IPL 2026 post-match ceremony. Now, if we add it all, then 1.10 auction fee, 1.12 crores match fee and 55 lakh rupees in awards and accolades, which totals to 2 crores and 77 lakh rupees.
