Jasprit Bumrah, Hardik Pandya uncertain for Afghanistan T20I series
Indian fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah and seasoned all-rounder Hardik Pandya continue to remain uncertain for the upcoming three-match T20I series against Afghanistan in Delhi next month.

Bumrah is currently rehabilitating at the CoE in Bengaluru, and there is no fixed timeline available for his return. Pandya, meanwhile, is still training at the centre after he suffered a calf injury and problems with back and quadriceps.
Lungi Ngidi decimates Dublin Guardians in ETPL 2026
Glasgow Cosmic’s South Africa based fast bowler Lungi Ngidi picked up four wickets against the Dublin Guardians in match number five of the ETPL 2026 season at The Hague. The speedster dismissed Muhammad Waseem, George Dockrell, Ravichandran Ashwin and Chris Wood all at an expense of just 21 runs from his four overs. Ngidi’s spell helped the Glasgow Cosmic franchise secure a comfortable 33-run win over the Ashwin-led Dublin Guardians.
Dewald Brevis fires South Africa to big win vs Zimbabwe
South African batting dynamite Dewald Brevis blasted 75* runs off just 32 balls against Zimbabwe in the second match of the Namibia T20I tri-series 2026 in Windhoek.
The cricketer launched seven boundaries and six sixes in the innings, and his match-winning knock marked his second successive half-century of the series. Brevis’ innings helped South Africa secure a comfortable seven-wicket win with 38 balls to spare at the Namibia Cricket Ground.
Anaya Bangar responds to Marizanne Kapp
Anaya Bangar has hit back at legendary South Africa Women all-rounder Marizanne Kapp. After Kapp objected to the inclusion of transgender athletes in women’s competitive cricket, Anaya responded that she underwent a 12-week testing programme after a year of hormone replacement therapy.
Anaya said “there has been testing done by the Manchester University Institute of Sport. They did a 12-week-long testing program with me regarding my body's athletic capabilities after being on hormone replacement therapy for a year.”
Michael Vaughan mocks Pakistan batting after Lord’s disaster
Former England captain Michael Vaughan mocked the Pakistan cricket team following their dismal batting performance against England at Lord’s in London.
Batting second, the visitors folded up for just 110 to concede a huge 180-run advantage to the hosts, even with the return of their captain and legendary batter Babar Azam. Vaughan went as far as comparing Pakistan’s batting with Second Division Cricket in England.
