In the semifinal match, India delivered an impressive performance with both bat and ball. Batting first, the hosts put up a strong total of 253 runs for the loss of seven wickets.

Moreover, several other players also made important contributions. Shivam Dube, Ishan Kishan, Tilak Varma, and Hardik Pandya all added valuable runs to strengthen India’s total. Because of these collective efforts, India managed to post a challenging target for England.

However, England did not give up easily. Despite losing an early wicket, the English team fought back strongly during the chase. Young batter Jacob Bethell led England’s fightback with a stunning 105 runs off just 48 balls. His explosive innings kept England in the game for most of the match.
