It is worth noting that Babar Azam showed no form of injury concern during the 2026 ICC Men’s T20 World Cup in India and Sri Lanka.

Salman Agha reprimanded by ICC for breaching code of conduct

The International Cricket Council (ICC) has officially reprimanded Pakistan all-rounder Salman Agha for breaching the ICC Code of Conduct during the second ODI match against Bangladesh in Mirpur. Agha was found to have breached Article 2.2 of the ICC Code, and was handed one demerit point.

The incident occurred in the 39th over of the Pakistan innings after the cricketer was run out by Bangladesh captain Mehidy Hasan Miraz under bizarre circumstances. On his way back to the sheds, the all-rounder inappropriately threw his batting gloves and helmet to the ground.
