Faf du Plessis, RCB skipper and MOM- Tonight it was a little bit harder. The nature of the ground is so big. Towards the end it can get a bit tiring but a good way to get your fitness up. A few 96 97 hopefully the elusive century will come sooner than later I feel. It was crucial to stabilise the innings and in the end I know we are a very dangerous team. I was hungry for runs with the last three games not going great for me. Glad that the plans paid off. I was tiring a bit but I felt I could still hit the ball. It wasn't easy to hit the long boundaries with slower deliveries on the surface. It was difficult to score boundaries. I was tired but I was still hoping to get a few more away. Look I think the first few overs is the only few difference, Teams tend to lose wickets early. There was bounce today. They got us in trouble but we stuck out. The bowlers are on the top of their game and executing the plans and when you do that it's not easy to get them away. At the moment lot of points at the top and a few points in the bottom. It's gonna be a scramble towards the end. That is out of our control and I feel we are doing what is required. I think top 4 which is the case of consistently having one guy to bat through. The game has changed a lot but that has remained the same. One has to anchor the innings. Luckily we have Dinesh Karthik who has been in the form of his life and Shahbaz has played really well. They have hidden some of our flaws. It's being smart and having the right field. Harshal is a fantastic bowler and he is allowed to have a day off. He will have a very good season.
