Arjun: The Warriors were almost on the verge of the target as they need 3 runs off 4 balls when Jamie Overton got Waseem LBW and then on the very next ball, the skipper Pooran was sent back in the pavilion. The equation was 3 runs off the last two balls. Simmons took a single on the second-last ball and Powell got a brace off Mustafa's fumble to land the KO!
Arjun: They had a mountain of 124 runs and the openers were the ones who almost chased it down for the Warriors! The home team was never in the again! Simmon gave a simple catch but that was NO-BALL and the chasing side did not give any chance to the Team Abu Dhabi. The opening stand was of 121 runs, where Waseem Muhammad smoked 76 off 34 balls while his senior pro stitching the stand. Simmons got 37 off 25 balls.
Arjun: The last ball nail-bitter comes to an end! In the end, the cracker finishes on a tragic note. If Rohan Mustafa could have picked the ball well and threw it, this game would have been tied but the saying falls right here... fortunes favor the brave. The Warriors fought like real Warriors and hence managed to seal the deal in the crackerjack of a contest.
