Shan Masood (Karachi Kings Captain)- "When you are at a new franchise and try to change the results, you have to undergo a lot of things. Yes we have found our team balance back. We were brilliant in the first 10 overs but the finishing they did was splendid. Maybe, we should have restricted them 10-15 run short. It is heartening to see when we are down with 44 for 4, two experienced guys stepped up and helped us to proceed through the middle overs without losing the wickets."
KieronPollard(Player of the Match): "Obviously with the amount of experience we have. We had to consolidate and then let the required rate not go up. Go at 9 and 10 and over. We targeted the bowlers towards the end. We won in the last ball, but the calculations were good by us. I think pressure and being there done that always helps us a lot. Have been in tough situations before and glad we came out on top in the end. I mean these are games we live for."

Super Power of the Day: Hasan Ali.
Energetic Batter of the Match: Sahibzada Farhan.

Shaheen Shah Afridi (Lahore Qalandars Captain)- "Karachi deserves the credit for playing so well. We played good cricket today. Today we did well in all the three departments. I think the spinners' overs against Pollard was the turning point. We thought to remove spinners from Pollard and save Bhatti's over for the end as the tail-enders will find it difficult to hit but Hasan played well. Zaman is consistently improving day by day and that's a very good thing, not only for us but also for Pakistan cricket.
