A skilful left-arm pacer who can provide variations in the bowling attack, Qiana Joseph is a professional St. Lucian cricketer who plays for the Windward Islands in the domestic circuit.
After some impressive performances for her domestic side, Qiana was called up to the national side at the tender age of 16. She made her debut against South Africa Women team in July 2011 and since then she has been in and out of the senior squad.
The youngster was named in the West Indies squad for the ICC Women’s World Cup in 2017 and became the youngest women’s cricketer to take part in the 2017 World Cup. She made her WT20I debut after four years of making her international debut against South Africa. Having yet to cement her spot for the Women in Maroon, the 20-year-old would be looking to make an impact in any opportunity presented to her.
