As per reports, the apartment is located on a higher floor of the Godrej Skyshore project in Versova’s Andheri West area. The property includes an exclusive area of 2644 sq ft along with three dedicated parking spaces. The property also includes an exclusive area of 316 sq ft.
Earlier, Virat and Anushka expanded their real estate portfolio by purchasing over five acres of land in Zirad village near Awas Beach in Alibaug for around ₹37.86 crore.
