After posting a respectable total of 181 runs on the board, KKR pushed Lucknow on the back foot with regular strikes. 

Mitchell Marsh and Aiden Markram managed 15 and 22 runs, respectively, while captain Rishabh Pant and swashbuckling batter Nicholas Pooran were dismissed cheaply in quick succession.

The Mukul Choudhary IPL auction price is INR 2.60 crore. He was signed by the Sanjiv Goenka-owned LSG at the IPL 2026 auction. 

Mukul Choudhary had registered for the IPL auction at a base price of INR 30 lakhs. He's an uncapped player and grabbed a million eyeballs through consistent performances in the domestic circuit. 

He had a breakthrough Syed Mushtaq Ali campaign for Rajasthan, amassing 173 runs at an average of 57.67 and a strike rate of 198.85. 

Mukul's remarkable batting prowess in the SMAT 2025 brought him to the radar of several IPL franchises ahead of the mini auction. His home franchise Rajasthan Royals initiated the bidding process, raising the paddle for his base price of INR 30 lakhs. 

The Royals were challenged by five-time champions Mumbai Indians, a team that desperately tried to secure his services until the bidding value reached 95 lakhs. After MI opted out of the race, LSG joined the bidding process and eventually pipped RR to sign him for INR 2.60 crore. 

Thus, the Mukul Choudhary IPL auction price is 2.60 crore; however, the youngster could retain his contract at a higher amount if he continues to deliver for the team in the remaining IPL 2026 matches. 

LSG to face GT next in the IPL

Led by Rishabh Pant, the Super Giants are set to take on Shubman Gill's Gujarat Titans in their fourth group-stage match. 

LSG are placed fifth, while the Titans are reeling at seventh on the IPL points table. The much-awaited clash will be played at the Ekana Stadium in Lucknow on April 12.
