He had 1083 runs and was at the touching distance of the historic milestone. The right-handed batter eventually attained the milestone by scoring 10 runs, and he surpassed David Warner (1093), who was previously the highest run-scorer against the former three-time IPL winners. Rohit broke the record in his 36th match against the Knight Riders, as he averages 38 and strikes at 127 against them.Against the former IPL winners, KKR, Rohit has struck six fifties, and also has a solitary century to his name.
