KL Rahul regained his mojo against Gujarat Titans as the Delhi Capitals opener played a brilliant knock at the Arun Jaitley Stadium. Chasing a target of 211 runs, KL Rahul opened the innings and missed out on a well-deserving century.
KL Rahul scored brilliant 92 (52), which featured a 11 fours and four sixes. As mentioned above, the right-handed batter had the opportunity to slam the first ton of the season. However, he missed out on the milestone by eight runs.
KL Rahul joins Ruturaj Gaikwad In Unwanted List
It was the 3rd time in IPL history that KL Rahul has been dimissed in nervous 90s. Notably, he now has the joint-maximum dismissals in 90s by a batter in IPL. He has joined Ruturaj Gaikwad in the list. Notably, the list also features Glenn Maxwell, and David Warner as well.

KL Rahul Fails to get Delhi Capitals home
KL Rahul stayed until the end and it was expected from him that he would get his team home. However, he failed to do so and was disappointed after he got out. Interestingly, the Capitals got quite close and suffered a defeat by a solitary run.

KL Rahul received a lot of flak as his century vent in vain. Often KL Rahul's most valuable runs have ended up in a losing cause. Notably, he would be introspecting his strike-rate and might actually up his scoring rate in the upcoming match.
