Shortly after the match, fans flooded to social media to congratulate the Namibia cricket team for their remarkable effort. However, some fans also took this opportunity to troll the South Africans as they went 0-2 down after playing two T20I matches against their continental rivals.

How did Namibia defeat South Africa
In South Africa’s defense, Cricket South Africa (CSA) had picked an understrength South Africa squad for the Namibia T20I tri-series in Windhoek. With several senior pros getting rested as part of their workload management, the selection committee named left-arm spinner Bjorn Fortuin as captain of the series.
Be that as it may, the current Proteas group still featured several star performers like T20 superstar Dewald Brevis, sparkling young talent Lhuan-dre Pretorius, SA20 graduate Jordan Hermann and South Africa’s all-format star Tony de Zorzi.
Collectively, the South Africans failed to chase down Namibia’s 163-9, reaching just 145-9 by the end of their 20 overs.
While Brevis bludgeoned 75 off 50 balls, the blistering number three received little-to-no assistance from the rest of the visitor’s batting line-up.
