In the ongoing Under-19 World Cup 2026 super six match between India and Pakistan, the Boys in Green are facing the heat of the trolls for their brutal errors on the field. Notably, Pakistan won the toss and asked India to bat first.

The Ayush Mhatre-led side, batting first, put 234/7 on the board. Eyes were on Vaibhav Suryavanshi, but the southpaw again failed against Pakistan U19 and amassed just 30 (22), which featured five fours and a solitary six.

Vaibhav Suryavanshi given two lifelines

Notably, Pakistan had the opportunity to have Vaibhav Suryanshi out early on in his innings, but the Boys in Green made a mockery of themselves after they handed the southpaw two lifelines. On the 4th ball of the 8th over, Vaibhav mistimed a shot that went straight up in the air. However, the fielder dropped a dolly catch.

Pakistan had the chance to get Suryavanshi out again on the same ball because the southpaw was out of his crease. Pakistan could have got Vaibhav out, but they again missed the chance, and the situation turned into a comical moment.

Eventually, Suryavanshi departed on 30, but Pakistan faced heavy criticism for their missed efforts, particularly Sameer Minhas who missed the crucial run-out chance that would have put Pakistan in a much more comfortable situation.
