Gujarat Titans have suffered a major setback in IPL 2026 as England all-rounder Tom Banton has been ruled out of the tournament due to a finger injury without playing a single match.
The 27-year-old, who was bought for ₹2 crore, last featured in the T20 World Cup before the injury. To fill the gap, GT have signed South Africa’s Connor Esterhuizen as his replacement for ₹75 lakh.
