Andy Flower rejects England, to continue as RCB coach

Former Zimbabwe cricketer Andy Flower has rejected England’s offer of becoming their next Test head coach. The cricketer-turned-coach stated that he will continue to remain within the RCB coaching setup, claiming that he is very “comfortable” in his current position.

He said “But for me at this time, I'm really comfortable with what I'm doing. I'm going to stick with doing that.” It is worth noting that the RCB franchise recently lifted back-to-back titles under Flower’s coaching tenure.

Washington Sundar ruled out of India vs England 3rd ODI

Indian all-rounder Washington Sundar has been ruled out of the upcoming series-deciding third ODI against England at Lord’s in London on July 19. The cricketer picked up an injury to his leg, thus opening the doors for a possible Kuldeep Yadav return to the playing XI.

Sundar recently punched out a majestic half-century in a match-winning cause for India alongside fellow all-rounder Axar Patel at Sophia Gardens in Cardiff.

Mohammad Nawaz banned by ICC for doping

Pakistan spin-bowling all-rounder Mohammad Nawaz has received a three-month ban by the ICC for breaching the ICC Anti-Doping Code.
