SRH vs RCB: Captains Thought
Rajat Patidar (Royal Challengers Bengaluru Captain): "[On the fans] Obviously yeah, I feel wherever we go, it is like a home game for us.
[What RCB are looking to take away from this game] According to me, it doesn't matter where you are on the points table. Whether you are on top or at the bottom, you want to play well and match your standards every game.
[On ticking all the boxes throughout the seaon] Yes, that's what. That's important when you play a competitive tournament like IPL, very difficult. If you want to win the championship, you have to tick all the boxes.
Pat Cummins (Sunrisers Hyderabad Captain): "We will have a bat first. [on the game] I think it's a long shot getting to top 2 but we will get a good crack at it tonight. You gotta test how good you are, try new things ahead of the finals. Score as big as you can and then defend it.
[on the consistency] It's been very pleasing to get the qualification before this game. The guys have been really consistent all year. Probably the last one before it starts getting really serious.
