The PCB has officially announced a historic tour of England for the Pakistan U19 cricket team. Notably, the Pakistan team is set to travel to England in September for an exciting bilateral series against England U19.
The tour is scheduled from 2 September to 16 September and will include one four-day match along with four one-day matches.
Pakistan U19 team To Tour England
It is important to note that the tour will begin with a four-day match in Arundel from 2 September to 5 September. This longer format game is expected to test the skills, patience, and consistency of both teams
Following the four-day fixture, the first one-day match will also take place in Arundel on 9 September. After that, the second one-day match is scheduled in Guildford on 12 September.
Meanwhile, the final two one-day matches of the series will be played in Wormsley on 14 September and 16 September respectively. Therefore, the tour will give both teams the chance to compete in different playing conditions across England.
ICC U19 World Cup Experience
It is also worth noting that PAK U19 will enter the England tour with good form and confidence. Notably, the Young Shaheens have produced several outstanding performances in recent international tournaments. In December 2025, the Young Shaheens created history after winning the ACC Men’s U19 Asia Cup title in Dubai.
Furthermore, the Young Shaheens continued their winning run in January 2026 during the U19 tri-series in Zimbabwe. The tournament featured Afghanistan U19, Zimbabwe U19, and Pakistan U19.
Meanwhile, PAK U19 participated in the ICC U19 Cricket World Cup hosted by Zimbabwe and Namibia. During the tournament, the team played five matches and secured victories in three of them.

It is worth mentioning that the last time the Young Shaheens faced England U19 was during the ICC U19 Cricket World Cup earlier this year, where both teams were placed in Group B alongside hosts Zimbabwe and Scotland.
During the fourth ODI match of the tournament, England U19 delivered a strong performance and posted 210 runs before getting all out in 46.5 overs. Caleb Falconer played a key role with an impressive knock of 66 runs.
In reply, PAK U19 struggled during the run chase and were bowled out for 173 runs in 46.3 overs despite Farhan Yousaf’s fighting innings of 65 runs. As a result, England U19 secured a 37-run victory over the Young Shaheens. Therefore, the upcoming England tour will also provide Pakistan U19 with a valuable opportunity to settle the score against their rivals.
Important Opportunity For Young Pakistan Players
It is also important to note that the upcoming England tour marks Pakistan U19’s first international assignment since the ICC Men’s U19 World Cup earlier this year. Therefore, this series holds great importance for the development of the squad.
Notably, English conditions are often considered challenging for subcontinent teams. Even so, the tour will provide a perfect platform for the young cricketers to sharpen their skills, improve their confidence, and prepare for future international competitions.
With recent trophies already in their cabinet, the Young Shaheens will now aim to continue their impressive journey during this highly anticipated tour of England.
