In the ongoing match between Mumbai Indians and Sunrisers Hyderabad, the Men in Orange have got off to the perfect start in their run-chase. Chasing a target of 244, Abhishek Sharma and Travis Head set the platform with a 129-run stand for the opening wicket.

The duo were taking the match away from Mumbai Indians comfortably, but Allah Ghazanfar turned things around with two wickets in two balls. In the 9th over of the match, Ghazanfar got the dangerous man Abhishek Sharma out, which got the crowd going.

Hardik Pandya Mocks Abhishek Sharma After Wicket

Abhishek Sharma was batting on 45 (24) which is when he mistimed a shot off Allah Ghazanfar's bowling and handed a simple catch to Trent Boult. The southpaw was on his way back to the pavillion, but engaged in a heated stare with the bowler.

Ghazanfar got animated after the wicket and Abhishek didn't like his aggressive celebration, resulting in a heated stare. Further, the camera also panned on Hardik Pandya, who mocked Sharma.

Notably, Hardik Pandya pulled out a 'Ring Me' celebration, directly mocking the SRH opener after the dismissal. IPL too posted a video, which featured 

After all this, Abhishek was super angry, while making his way back to the pavillion. Notably, the exact meaning of Hardik Pandya's gesture is unknown but it certainly wouldn't have gone well with the SRH opener.

Allah Ghazanfar Breathes Fire With Successive Wickets

Before Abhishek Sharma's dismissal, SRH were 129/0 after 8.3 overs. They were comfortably heading towards the target, but Allah Ghazanfar breathed fire with two successive wickets.

After Abhishek Sharma's dismissal, Ghazanfar cleaned up Ishan Kishan for a golden duck. It was a special moment for Mumbai Indians in the match as it reignited the hope in the match. 

Courtesy of Allah's brilliance, Hardik Pandya also got a wicket, resulting in three quick wickets for the Men in Orange.

Heinrich Klaasen, Nitish Reddy Resurrect SRH's Innings

There was a point in the match where it looked like Mumbai Indians got back in the hunt. However, Heinrich Klaasen and Nitish Reddy stole the show and resurrected SRH's innings with a brilliant 80-run partnership, which sealed the win for the Men in Orange.

Their 80 run partnership helped SRH chase down the target in the 19th over and 8 balls reamining. The most interesting thing is that Salil Arora chased down the target with a six off Hardik Pandya. Heinrich Klaasen stayed until the end and scored a brilliant 65 (30), which featured 7 fours and four sixes.

With the win, SRH moved to third on the table with 12 points in 9 matches. Meanwhile, MI, on the other hand, are still 9th on the table with 4 points in 8 matches.
