The Guardian reported that India and England have mutually agreed to hold the series during a cricket operations workshop in Dubai last week.The report also revealed that India will travel to England in 2029, possibly for another five-match series in whites.India, England Continue Playing 5-Test SeriesThis will be the fourth consecutive time India and England play a Test series, and it will feature five matches. In 2020/21, when England came to India, it was a four-Test series.Before that, India vs England played three successive five-Test series. Yashasvi Jaiswal was the Player of the Series, having made 712 runs throughout the series.England To Tour Australia For Ashes 2029/30The report added that England, after hosting India in 2029, will travel to Australia later that year. It would be the Ashes 2029/30, as Australia and England have already mutually agreed to that.However, everything will be official once ICC's meeting regarding FTP is done next month in Bali."While the FTP will not be finalised until next month’s meeting in Bali, England, Australia and India have already agreed schedules involving each other until 2031, with the Ashes taking place in England next summer in the first series of the next World Test Championship followed by a tour of Australia in 2029-30," the report read.The Ashes 2027 schedule has already been announced, as it will begin on June 18.Also Read: ICC Delays World Club Championship To 2031: Report
