India star all-rounder Hardik Pandya has once again grabbed public attention, but this time not for his performance on the field. Instead, his recent Instagram story has set social media buzzing, as fans noticed a small yet meaningful detail that sparked widespread discussion.

Recently, Hardik Pandya shared an Instagram story with the text, “Dad had a long week.” In the picture, he was showing off his fresh haircut and relaxed mood.

However, what truly caught everyone’s eye was a tattoo on the back of his neck. The tattoo appeared to be the letter “M.”  Soon after, fans began speculating that the tattoo could be dedicated to his girlfriend, whose name also starts with the letter M.

To provide some background, Pandya confirmed his relationship with Maheika Sharma in October last year. This confirmation came just weeks after rumours about their relationship started circulating online. 

Around the same time, the couple was also spotted together at the Mumbai airport, further strengthening the buzz.

Additionally, Hardik shared several Instagram stories featuring Maheika, and the two have even gone on vacations together, making their relationship more visible to the public.

Hardik Pandya’s past relationship 

Before dating Maheika, Hardik was rumoured to be in a relationship with UK-based singer Jasmin Walia. She was seen cheering for him in the stadium and was even spotted on the Mumbai Indians team bus after an IPL match against KKR. 

However, reports later suggested that the two had parted ways, especially after they unfollowed each other on Instagram.

Earlier, Hardik was married to actor Natasa Stankovic. The couple tied the knot in 2020 during the Covid-19 pandemic and welcomed their son, Agastya, on July 30, 2020. Unfortunately, after months of speculation, Hardik and Natasa confirmed their separation in July last year. 

In a joint statement, they shared that the decision was mutual and made after careful thought, keeping the best interests of both their family and themselves in mind.

Maheika Sharma spotted with Agastya

Recently, Maheika Sharma was seen along with Hardik Pandya’s son, Agastya. In a video that surfaced online, Maheika accompanied Hardik and his son to the Wankhede Stadium during India’s first match of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup. This public appearance further fueled discussions about her growing presence in Hardik’s life.

For those unfamiliar with her, Maheika Sharma is a model and actress who is quite active on Instagram, where she shares fashion and fitness content. She completed her schooling in Delhi and later studied economics and finance. 

After doing several internships, she shifted her focus towards modelling and acting. She has appeared in music videos, films like PM Narendra Modi (2019), and has worked with many popular brands. Moreover, she has walked the ramp for renowned designers and won the Model of the Year (New Age) award at the 2024 Indian Fashion Awards.

Meanwhile, on the professional front, Hardik Pandya is currently playing for India in the T20 World Cup 2026. He is set to take the field again in the upcoming match against Namibia on Wednesday, February 11.
