Dr. Rashid Ali Khan Unveils Milan Icons for Italia T10 League
Rashid Ali Khan, a sports industry professional with experience dating back to 2005, is bringing his vision for franchise cricket to Italy with Milan Icons, an official franchise of the Italia T10 League. The franchise will be led by Shazi Ahmad as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO), with a focus on developing Italian cricketing talent, building a professional sporting culture and contributing to the global growth of the game.
Rashid Ali Khan is the Chairman of Significant Sports and Entertainment Pvt. Ltd., established in 2018, and has been an integral part of the Indian Premier League (IPL). His experience in the sporting industry will underpin Milan Icons’ long-term vision of creating a professionally managed franchise that combines sporting ambition with sustainable development.
